- One can be an ambulance driver, taking control of the vehicle; or a call handler, answering calls using the wooden phone; or a paramedic, providing life-saving clinical care (with various provided medical tools) to patients (most likely to be a teddy bear!; or the emergency care assistant, assisting paramedic in treating wounds and fractures, controlling bleeding, etc.
- A stretcher (with wheels) is provided and can enter the ambulance via the back opening.
- Besides pretend playing as ambulance service team, children can play with track maze, explore human body structure (bone & organs) via acrylics, and learn first aid instructions for various medical emergencies, such as hand injuries, fever, choking, etc.
